Election 2010

The triumphalism exhibited by the Tories is disturbing.  The people have absolutely not voted for a change to Conservatives.  Given the media insistence prior to yesterday on Gordon Brown’s deep unpopularity the Tories should have easily achieved a 100+ seat majority.

It is a measure of the deep suspicion that the public has for Cameron and his cronies that they actually were defeated in their attempt to gain overall power.  It is time they stopped appearing to be performing in a schoolboy debate and got serious.  The country actually wants all politicians to come to their senses, stop trying to deceive us and work together to get us out of the mess which the political classes along with the bankers have all contributed to.

It is deadly serious; it is long passed the yah-boo stage of Westminster politics.
